My precious little Bowen,
Boy you make me laugh all the time.  We had our Disney trip over Thanksgiving and it was so much fun to watch you and Bryce.  We all had such a great time and it was so good to be together.  We went swimming and you have so much fun with Uncle Danny and he is such a wild one. Anyhow he grabs you in the pool and swings you around and your whole head goes under water.  I felt so bad, however, I think Danny was more worried than you.  You cried and was over it, but the look on Uncle Danny's face was to die for.  He didn't expect to be putting your head under water.
You were very exhausted and it did show some of the time, other times, you just conked out in your stroller.  I know you will probably never remember this trip but your mommy and daddy sure will.  It just so happened that this was the year I retired and I wanted it to be special and I wanted a trip to Disney for everyone.

The other day you were at my house and you were talking about your cold and you said "and Sissy has eye problems"  (she had pink eye)! too funny...,,eye problems.
Then you told me that you wanted to go back to the lake house and spend the night b/c now you have pajama's.  Don't know where they had been, but now we can go to lake house.

I just love you to pieces little man.  Yesterday you crawled up on my lap and feel asleep while I tickled your back.

Oh my little Bowie!! you are such a funny little guy.  I will say Oh Bowen and you say back to me Oh Dramma, it just sounds so darn cute when you say it.  And you talk all the time.  Bryce hardly says a word around the family but you make up for it.
One night Papa and I were driving you and Bryce home and it was evening and we didn't want you to fall asleep so we were talking and it doesn't take much to get you going, so you just take over.  And we said hmmm, is Bryce back there, she is not saying anything, maybe we forgot to bring her and you said Ya, I am being pretty quiet too!! haha, boy did Papa and I laugh.
Yesterday you heard the tv say "now that is a juicy story" and you repeated it and I said what does that mean and you said I don't know.
We were at Uncle Danny's last weekend for Chase's one year birthday and you threw some temper tantrums and boy were they loud.  But Sunday morning we are leaving the hotel and I meet you and your mommy at the elevator and you are wearing a big winter down coat and socks, shoes and underpants.....no pants!!  I looked down at you and you kinda knew you shouldn't have been dressed like that , so you hid alittle by your mom with your big eyes looking up and I said "Oh that is a different outfit" (b/c I wasn't sure what else to say) and your mommy says "no, it is not a different outfit, we don't wear our underware with no pants."  Oh my, it was pretty funny! Wish I could have got a picture of you that morning.

My sweet Bowen,
Since you turned 3 years old, your mommy decided that you shouldn't have your binkie any more, so she told you that "misty" needed all your binkies (that is great grandma's kitty).  So, one day while Caden is at the house and you see his binkie and we started talking about yours, you said "well, all mine are gone now and Misty has them, but I don't really know how it happened. Maybe in the mail!!"   so, funny.  you know they disappeared, just didn't know how it happened.

We decorated for Halloween the other day b/c you guys wanted to go to the cellar and see what I had.  So there are three pins that I made for my three sons when they were little.  One is dracula, one is a ghoul and one is a mummy.  Well, you are pretty sure the dracula one is a witch. And you nor Bryce wanted that one, you both had a pin on and I was telling you that I should give each family a pin b/c I made those pins for my boys when they were little, so I should make sure they have them.  So, a little while later, you said to me, "I think Uncle Shane likes witches"  So funny.  so, in other words, I better give him the dracula pin and not you.  However, your daddy says the dracula pin was his when he was little.

To my big boy!
Almost three and you are just the cutest big boy ever.
I am now babysitting you one day a week now that I am retired and I look forward to a growing relationship between us.
You showed me a little booboo on your arm (it was a bug bite) and you said "I didn't even cry when I got this booboo"

I forgot to tell you that you are always looking at the sky and will say if it is overcast or it looks like rain or it looks like sunshine etc.  You crack us all up with your weather predictions.  Your mommy told you maybe you would be a weatherman and you said "don't say that"

Oh my little Bowen, You are such a cute cute little boy and you are always smiling.  Well, almost all the time.  You do throw a tantrum every once in a while.
We had everyone up to the lake house over the weekend to celebrate my retiring and it was very cold.  We did go on the boat but we all wore hooded sweatshirts and were covered with our towels.  you told Aunt Staci that you don't like to be 2 cold, you only want to be 1 cold!! haha. Oh Staci and I laughed over that.

When I put you to bed I say "oh Bowie I just love you so much" and you say "I just love you so much"  Talk about melting my heart!! it is the best.

To my little Bowen,
You were such a little man this Easter. Your mommy bought you striped pants and she bought a pair for Chase and Caden , so you all matched.  Well, she said there was a whole lot of hate going on when she was trying to dress you Easter morning. "I HATE these pants, I Hate this shirt, I HATE HATE these pants and I am not wearing them" etc etc.  Mommy said it went on for quite a bit, but you did look so darn cute in them.

When you were at my house you used the upstairs bathroom b/c someone was in the other bathroom and you just loved the bathroom.  "this is the bestest little bathroom I ever saw"  and you loved the potty paper tower.  (I had some toilet paper stacked on the back of the toilet and you loved that it was a tower)

To my little baby doll,
You were sitting beside me in church and had your little camera and you told me, "there is a picture of me when I was a little boy with my kucky (blankey)"  too funny.  you are now 2 1/2, but I guess when you were a few months younger, you were a little boy.
You chatter all the time and just crack me up.

You are such a sweetie pie.  Daddy was putting you to bed the other night and you told him not to let Uncle Danny lock you in the basement. Too funny.  You are such a talker.
