My sweet Bowen
Papa and I went to your school today to watch you give a report on Holidays around the World. You do such a good job, you are a good reader and a great speaker. So proud of you.
The other night we are all sitting around eating supper and Aunt Staci was asking everyone what they were doing at school to celebrate Christmas, you and Caden and Kiera.  Everyone was talking about their party, watching a movie, playing games, all sorts of fun different things.  Then Aunt STaci asked Bryce what she was doing and she said they were allowed to bring a book to school and read to themselves .  And you said " and that is the fun you have in 5th grade"  oh my!! we all laughed so hard at that one.
You are just the sweetest little guy and I sure love you. 
We have been watching you play soccer and you are going up against some really tough teams, but I have seen you get better and better each week.

My sweet Bowen!
I sure love you, you are the sweetest little fella.  Papa and I were in FLorida for three weeks between Halloween and Thanksgiving and after I got home, your mama made a flower arrangement for me and you and daddy dropped it off on your way to soccer.  You walked in the house and said "you were gone so long"  ohhh, man, makes grammie feel so bad. 
We went to a party last weekend where there was a parade and lighting the lights in the town.  You and I were watching the parade out of a window and a Santa was coming down the parade route in a truck and you said to me "I know he is not the real Santa" and I asked how you knew and you said " because we already saw a Santa tonight, and I know they aren't the real ones"
You asked your teacher at school if there was a Santa and he told you he believes in Christmas magic.  You are 9 years old and I guess you are starting to wonder about the "magic"
You are so close to Caden and boy you love him so much.  I love to see how much you two love each other, makes me so happy.  I hope you will always remember the crazy fun times you guys have together here at my house

My precious Bowen,
I sure love you!  You are such a chatterbox and sometimes I don't get the full effect when Caden is here, b/c you talk to him mostly, but there are times, that you walk right beside me and just talk my ear off.
The 4 of cousins came to the lake house this week and we went rafting and went to a magic show at the Chautauqua institute and you all loved it.  We went earlier in the season to see an acrobat show.  You already told me that you want to see those two shows next year too..  And I love to take you.
Tonight is your birthday party for family and you told me to come early!!  That makes me feel so special and  I can't wait to see you again

My precious Bowen,
You are such a sweet boy and I love you so much.   I love to see you and Caden together, you are always holding hands, or your hand is on his shoulder.
The other day we were driving somewhere and drove by Dollar General and they had a sign "hiring now" and you said Grammie, you could get a job there!!! haha.  What a great idea.

My sweet Bowen,
I love you so much, and you are so handsome and so sweet.
We all went to Waldameer yesterday and you and Caden never leave each others side and you hold his hand no matter where you go. you really love him.  Caden is very verbal about loving you and you are more reserved but you show it with you reaching for his hands or you put your arm around him all the time you are together.
You had a great year playing soccer, you usually scored a goal every game and sometimes more than one.  You were really having fun with it.
You are such a well rounded guy.  You love to do so many things and you are very creative and are such a thinker!

My dear Bowen,
I love you so much and you are such a sweet boy!!
You just finished second grade and will head into third.  You are so athletic and well rounded, I am always amazed at what you like and what you can do.  You are always so active and inventive, always thinking of things to make and do
You are playing soccer again and this year you are really doing good.  You really enjoy it and your daddy is coaching you.  You wrestle in the winter and your daddy is coaching that as well.
He was trying to teach you to water ski a few weeks ago and you basically pulled yourself up the first try, but then you got nervous and didn't do it again.

My precious Bowen,
I sure love you and love to be with you.  We had such a good time when you guys came to Florida.  It was so much fun.  You love to swim and fish and walk the trail and you rode your bike all around the park.
You have a watch that I can send you messages on and your daddy says you love to get the messages from me.  That is fun to have that with you.
I love you so much Bowen and you are such a well rounded young boy.  You love to do all kinds of things.
This year you wrestled again and you did very well, you took a trophy.

My sweet Bowen,
You are such a sweetheart and I love you so much.  ALL the cousins think you and Bryce are the best cousins in the whole world and as much as Caden is obsessed with you , whenever you are near Caden, you always are holding his hand or your arm is around his shoulder.
Christmas dinner was at Lynettes and a second cousin, Sophia, came and her mother told me that all she talked about was you and Bryce.  Everyone loves you so much, I am jealous, I want you all to my self :)     Hayden would say to us, "I love mommy, grammie and Bowen"  His daddy was not too happy about not being included. haha.
I am in Florida now and you guys will be coming down in Feb.  I miss you so much and I so look forward to seeing you when you come down
