My precious little Bowen,
You were so nervous to start kindergarten this year and I felt so bad for you.  You are not afraid to admit that you were scared.  Whatever thought comes in your mind, it comes out your mouth.  so funny.  You are quite the chatterbox and that was the thing that scared you the most, was that you would not be able to  talk.
Once a month since you started school,  Caden and I get happy meals for him, you and Bryce and we go to school to have lunch with you guys.  Caden thinks that is great.  The first time we were there, Caden runs to you and puts his hands on your shoulders and stands on his tippy toes to kiss you.  I was kinda surprised that you did lean over to kiss him b/c sometimes you don't want to kiss him in public, but you did.  I asked you later in the day if you were happy that we came to lunch and if you wanted us to do it every month and you said...I would like you to come every week.!
You are so excited for Christmas you can hardly stand your self.
You told your mommy that you wanted to go to the lake house one more time before winter, so we made a special point of going there a few weekends ago, and you, me, Bryce and Papa all walked to the lake in the dark and then we just played games.  But you were so happy to be there.

Happy Birthday to my precious Bowen,
Oh how I love you, crazy.  It has been a long time since I have written. Summers go so fast.  You love coming to the lake house and always tell me you want to come 5 or 10 days.  Well, we did do 4 nights this year and your mommy and daddy spent two nights.  I don't think they could part with you for any longer.
Tomorrow is my last Wednesday with you until next summer.  You start kindergarten and you are very nervous about it, you are worried they will not let you talk.  Isn't that funny.We have all tried to reassure you, but you are still nervous.
You and Caden are so funny together. Here are a couple conversations you two have with each other.

Bowen: want to hear a funny story?

Caden:ya

B when my dad wants to hide presents he puts them in his car, isn't that funny

c: haha

Bowen: what is your favorite color?

C: pink

Grammie" Bowen what is your favorite color?

B green

C mine is pink

B when you get bigger it will change to another color

C mine is pink

B yes, but when you get old you will like another color

C mine is pink

B but pink is kinda like a girls color and you will change

C i like pink

this goes on for quite a few more times and finally bowen laughs and said yes i know you like pink

We are going to the fair tomorrow for our last day together for awhile.

I love you with all my heart.

My sweetheart Bowen,
The other day I had a sinus infection and just could not watch you and Caden b/c I had to go to dr. and when your mommy told you that I couldn't watch you because I was sick you said , I could take care of her :)   Wow!  what a little sweetie you are.
And today I sent your mommy a text and asked if you guys were busy and if not I was going to come see you and Bryce and mommy texted back that Bowen said yes, come in 10 seconds!!

My sweet little Bowen,
the other day you and Caden were going potty together and you were telling Caden that the doctor feels your peepee every time you go to the doctor because he wants to make sure you are getting as big as daddy!!  I just cracked up, of course I had to hide the fact that I was dying inside but you and Caden are too funny.
You and Bryce spent the night last night and you thought Caden might be here before you woke up in the morning (well, I think you were hoping he would be here early), but you told me to have Caden wake you up but not lick your face!!  I have no idea where you get these things, just know they make me laugh.
And when you say your prayers at night, you say, "God, please don'/t let me have a scary dream".  I sure am happy that God takes care of you buddy because I sure love you

My precious Bowen,
You and I and Caden went sled riding a few weeks ago and the hill seemed too big to Caden and at one point he sat down on the sled and quicker than a wink you pushed him down hill and you said, there, that is how you get him down the hill.  Oh man, and Caden says you are his best friend. haha
love you little fella, and I am so sad that next year you will be in school :(  I am going to miss you so much.

My precious Bowen,
You are such a little love bug.  I love having you around. You are always talking to me about something and you get so excited about different things.  I just love you
Caden just loves you so much and every night when he prays he thanks God for Bryce and BoBo.  Too funny, he is always so happy to see you and loves you so much.
