 My dear Bowen,

A few weeks ago your parents went away for your dad’s work so you and Bryce spent the night at my house and of course Caden and Keira were there also. I switched the Internet to Florida already so what we had at the house was very slow and after supper there’s four kids who can’t watch TV or play on their devices. Finally, Bryce found Looney Tunes that would come through, we all quickly got bored of that, and she said how funny the only thing we can get is Looney Tunes. So we ended up playing games and charades and we I laughed so hard, everything was so funny to us. We played this game that you and Bryce knew, You had To think of something in your head that you liked or disliked, and we had to guess what it was. At one point Bryce liked fruit And you just cracked up, and you said Bryce you never eat fruit. You come down for a snack and you always go to the cupboard where the junk food is.

You have an awesome football year as a kicker. In one game you got a touchdown so you had a total of 14 points, including that touchdown. You missed one field goal all season. I am very excited to see what next year brings for you.

You were Student of the month this month and what an awesome letter your teachers sent to your parents. I told them they have to keep that letter forever. It describes you perfect. You have so many interests so many activities, you were so kind to everyone you need. I could not be more proud of you, and I can’t wait to see what God has in store for the rest of your life.

I sure love you

 My sweetest Bowen,

You are such a joy and I love watching you grow and learn so much. You were taller than everybody in your family know and of course you’re taller than me. This summer you have started to golf and everything you do you do so well.  You sent a text to Papa And told him what your Score was, and said you guys should go together. So Papa made that happen and you had such a great time with him. You told your mom That he didn’t use his papa voice. Ha ha you told mama when everybody is around he must get nervous because he has a different voice.

Papa took you fishing on a charter boat with a couple of his work people and Rusty. You spent the night here because you had to leave at 5:15 in the morning. And the night before you had friends spend the night and you were golfing during the day. so on the boat you fell asleep a couple times. One time you were holding a can of pop and it actually spilled down your leg. It made you laugh. But you had a great time fishing and got several fish.

This morning I told you, Papa and I would be playing pickle ball in Edinboro, so you rode your bike down and played with us, and after two hours we drove you home, you got your golf clubs and we dropped you off at the golf course.

You have build a little wagon to pull behind your bicycle for your dogs to ride in. You give 100% to life and you certainly make the most of every minute. Of course you’re a great soccer player, and you’re also a football player.. You are doing a great job as their kicker. But, you also do crafts and you are so good with the little cousins.

I told you a while ago that you have to be sure to get a girl who appreciates all you are. You are certainly one of a kind and I am so proud to be your Grami.

I love you Bowen and in a couple days we will celebrate 14 years of you

 My dear Bowen,

We just celebrated the Fourth of July this year, it goes very quickly. We never seem to have enough time to do all the things we want to do. You and your dad brought  dirt bikes up to ride some trails the day you were getting ready to leave. Uncle Shane and Caden went with you, everyone had a great time doing that also.

You absolutely love to do everything. I really don’t know anything you do not enjoy, and you’re good at everything. It’s so fun watching you Enjoy life.

You do love to play pickle ball with papa and I And Caden is starting to like it also. Last week Papa and I and Caden were going to meet you in Edinboro to play pickle ball. I asked what time would work and you said how about two, I assumed you had some friends and couldn’t make it until two. no, you were downtown fishing. You came riding your bike over to the Pickleball court. You have a PVC pipe zip tied to your bike for your fishing pole. You had a case for your pickle ball rackets. And you had a big backpack you were carrying. I asked what was in the backpack, and you said your tacklebox.  it just cracked me up, you kind a looked like a homeless person, carrying all this stuff .

You are such a sweetheart, Bowen, and I just love you so much
